2 recently renovated rooms in a spacious house with views overlooking front and back gardens: ROOM 1: Spacious master bedroom & ensuite bathroom. King-size bed, freestanding bath, walk-in rain shower ROOM 2: Smaller twin room & adjacent bathroom A short walk to National Trust Biddulph Grange Garden, Biddulph Old Hall & The Talbot pub. The space There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the house - all upstairs and recently renovated with the intention for calm, warmth and timelessness. This listing is for 2 bedrooms for your exclusive use: 1- King-size bedroom with ensuite bathroom 2- Twin bedroom with shared bathroom Note - The master bedroom can also be booked individually This is a no-smoking and no-shoe household. To protect the carpets, I kindly ask that guests don't wear shoes upstairs in the house (slippers only). Also, don't smoke inside the property. Guest access Spaces shared with me: Bathroom 2 - shared with the host (me) Fully-equipped Kitchen for cooking, making breakfast, tea, coffee Dining Room for sit-down meals Living Room at the rear of the house, with French doors opening onto the decking/back garden. There's a Piano, board games and books. Utility Room for washing & drying clothes, storing boots etc. Cloakroom for hanging coats, storing shoes etc. Outdoor spaces, including summerhouse, sit-in greenhouse, patio and decking. During your stay I'm happy to spend time with guests or give them space. I'm often at home, and available to help or answer any questions you might have. Other things to note The house and garden have plenty of individual spaces to enjoy, whether for work, rest or play. Perfect for a retreat in nature, or as a base for exploring the surrounding areas of the Peak District, Staffordshire and Cheshire.
