This 90 m2 house is decorated and furnished in a warm style. Whether you are with family (kid-friendly) or for a business stay, this house will be suitable for your stay. In spring and summer, this house offers you a bucolic setting on the banks of the Sarthe, 10 km from the 24 Hours circuit, Velobuissonière stage The space The house has an open living room on the ground floor with living room, dining room and equipped kitchen. On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. On the 2nd floor, 1 bedroom with Sarthe view and 1 bathroom. The house has a balcony with views of the village. In winter you will enjoy the warmth of the stove in the living room. In spring and summer, you will love having a picnic and enjoying the bucolic, green setting on the banks of the Sarthe and on Île Moulin Sarthe.
