We offer air conditioning, box beds, private bathroom, enclosed parking, shared laundry and kitchen equipped with induction stove, minibar and microwave. The space Our apartments are equipped to be an extension of your home. We have apartments on the ground floor and first floor with access to stairs. Inside the apartment we have 3 rooms: Compact kitchen with microwave, electric pan and kettle, sandwich maker, minibar and kitchen utensils. Bedrooms with double bed and a single bed, wardrobe, table, air conditioning, TV, private bathroom. (Please inform the type of bed in advance) Guest access Easy Check-in and Convenient Access The keys are delivered directly to the place by our team, ensuring a welcoming and personal service, we contact you to arrange the pick-up time. Check-in time: from 2 p.m. to 2 a.m., offering flexibility for your arrival. Access to the parking lot is via cell phone, providing more convenience and autonomy during your stay. Other things to note * Breakfast service is NOT available; * Online service, no reception service; * It is necessary to inform the arrival time for delivery of the keys; * It is necessary to inform the departure time for the return of the keys; * Cleaning and change of trousseau, fee of R$ 40.00 when requested.
