This location is one of the sunniest spots on Madeira Island. Close to the villa you will find a supermarket, bars, restaurants, an artificial yellow sand beach and a small marina. Just 200 metres away, there is a bus stop (line 115) that takes you to the port of Calheta, shops etc.... Around 20 minutes' drive away are the footpaths from which some of the best-known levadas start, such as Levada das 25 Fontes, Levada do Alecrim and Levada do Risco.
