Country courtyard tranquility

This charming annexe bedroom sits in the newly renovated courtyard of our grade 2 listed country home in a quiet village, in the heart of Leicestershire countryside. You'll have your own entrance from the courtyard to a stylish double bedroom with a king-sized bed and an en-suite with a wet-room style walk-in shower, plus tea & coffee making facilities. Saddington has a village pub serving drinks only Weds to Sunday, and Kibworth is just 2 miles away with a range of shops, pubs and restaurants. The space A lovely spacious bedroom sits directly off our courtyard with its own access. The room features a comfy king-sized bed as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Guest access You will have access to the spacious bedroom with its en-suite shower room. During your stay We’ll be available throughout your stay - either in person or via messages - for any questions or queries that you have. Other things to note My husband is a Therapeutic Massage Therapist and practices in our courtyard studio. Do ask us for details if you’d like to add a relaxing massage to your stay! With enough notice, the space can also be used as a yoga studio during your stay - with mats and blocks provided.
