The space This is an idyllic location for foodies and cool culture hipsters looking to explore the amazing variety of local, bars, pubs, and restaurants in the famous Baltic Triangle of Liverpool City Centre. Known for its contemporary art and design meeting modern day bistro food selections, the Baltic Triangle is arguably Liverpool’s finest bar and event space and is a hub of rapidly evolving creative enterprises for those looking to check out these fantastic surroundings. The Baltic Triangle is host to the UK’s largest international contemporary arts festival, and food markets, all of which has something for everyone! In addition to this perfect location, Liverpool City Centre Shops are ideally situated less than 5 minutes walking distance from the property, meaning you will have access to the heart of the city’s wonderful range of high-street fashion and style that Liverpool is well known for. The Echo Arena Convention Centre is a 10-minutes walk away. In addition, the famous Beatles “The Cavern Club” is situated 10 minutes’ walk from the property in Mathew Street, including bus tours of Liverpool and famous Beatles landmarks around the city, with a quick walk to Liverpool’s famous Albert Dock. The space Our family-friendly spacious apartment in Liverpool boasts two luxurious bedrooms with double beds, and another sofa bed in the living area, sleeping up to 6 guests! Sleeping arrangements: First bedroom: Double size bed with private ensuite Second bedroom: Double size bed with main bathroom Additional sleeping space: Double size sofa-bed Enjoy our cosy living and dining space with plenty of room to relax and plan your day exploring the City. Get ready for your day with a choice of two stunning shower and WC facilities with towels and amenities provided. Perfect for homecooked meals, our apartment features a built-in kitchen with all the essentials including a full fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine. The kitchen comes with everything you need to dine in, plenty of utensils, pots, pans, cutlery and glass wear. Stroll next door to the handy coffee shop and enjoy a cooked breakfast on the private balcony area should you wish! Have a chill day or night watching TV in the lounge area or enjoy a quiet drink on the furnished balcony area. As the winter months are looming, if you are feeling chilly, make use of the top of the art under-floor heating throughout the property during your stay. Guest access Guests have exclusive private access to the entire apartment and private balcony area for the duration of their stay, with lift and stairwell access to the property. Other things to note ** As this is a family property, we do not allow any loud noise or party groups of any kind. If a party is detected in the property, there will be a fine. Smoking is STRICTLY forbidden inside the property, and any sign of smoking will incur a charge. Smoking on the balcony is permitted with appropriate disposal of cigarettes into the ashtrays provided ** The keys will be available to collect from a local key collection point less than a 10-minute walk away. Use this time to orientate yourself to the attractive city of Liverpool and take in its vitality. We are available from 9am – 9pm each day to help with any of your queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that can also support you during the later hours although they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues are best communicated within 9am -9pm, any other after-hours issues will be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency. This apartment is a family- run and family friendly property. We do not accept any loud noises or party groups of any such in this property, additionally we are unable to host groups of under 23 years of age. Our outdoor security cameras to monitor the surrounding of the building plus a Noise detector. Check in time is 3pm and check out time is before 10 am. Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge. Please note weekend bookings are 2 days minimum stay, special requests will be considered. TOWELS & LINEN- We provide all bed linens (sheet, duvet, duvet cover, pillowcases) – We provide 1 bath towel per guest and a hand towel for each bathroom. Please bring your own if you require more. There is use of a washing machine and maiden to hang and dry items on within the property. We provide an iron HB and ironing board, and plenty of well-lit mirror spaces for getting ready. Unfortunately, we cannot offer early check in due to the list of duties our cleaners have and their busy schedule. Meaning all keys are able for collection and entry to the apartments after 3pm only. Please note, during busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours’ notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner. Please do not change the boiler settings under any circumstances, if you need any assistance with this please don't hesitate to get in touch and we will be happy to assist you! Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please direct this to the local post office.
