The accommodation is idealy located, next to Mullet Bay Beach, the most beautiful beach of St Maarten, and the beautiful coves of Cupecoy Beach. Situated next to the golf course, it is centrally located among restaurants, supermarkets, Starz Casino, and just a few minutes' walk from Cupecoy Marina. The space Queen-size bed with a spacious closet for storing your clothes. Sofa/ Samsung smart TV from April 2024. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, oven, dishes/cutlery, and kitchen utensils. The bathroom is spacious and includes a washing machine. Other things to note This location is the ideal place to fully enjoy Saint Martin on foot, in complete peace of mind. The Carrefour supermarket is located less than a one-minute walk away, right next to the apartment, making everyday life extremely convenient. The building is surrounded by excellent restaurants, and on the ground floor of the building you will find: a bakery / pastry shop / coffee shop, as well as several very good restaurants for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Before you book your stay, I would like to inform you about an aspect related to the water and electricity supply in Saint-Martin. During your stay, you may experience temporary interruptions in the water or electricity supply due to maintenance work carried out by GEBE, the company responsible for water and electricity distribution on the island. GEBE occasionally needs to perform maintenance and improvement work on their water and electricity production facilities, which can result in interruptions in certain areas of the island. Please note that these interruptions are not specific to my property or the building in which it is located. Our building, constructed in 2019, is a modern and recent establishment. We will do our best to inform you in advance if we are aware of any planned interruptions. However, most of the time, we do not receive prior notice about these issues and cannot anticipate them. We recommend that our guests keep bottled water on hand to minimize any inconvenience during these temporary interruptions. We want to emphasize that these interruptions, which are not specific to our property, unfortunately, cannot result in refunds. While we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, we are committed to providing you with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
