Sink into the comfortable sofa or relax in the accent chairs while enjoying your favorite shows on the smart TV with streaming services. For easy access to our house guidelines, simply scan the QR code located on our "welcome table". Dining Room: Step into a cozy atmosphere in the dining room, featuring a round table that seats six. The space is designed with darker colors, low amber lighting, and a statement chandelier, creating an intimate setting perfect for family meals or a relaxed dinner with friends. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to feel at home. You'll find a commercial oven, microwave, dishwasher, and an espresso machine, along with a coffee bar that includes filters and coffee grinds. We’ve also provided an air fryer and filtered water next to the sink. The wrap-around island with stools is perfect for cooking together and enjoying great conversation. Fenced-In Backyard: Enjoy the tranquility of our private backyard, which features a hot tub for four, a propane fire pit, and a cozy seating area tucked away for privacy. Whether you're unwinding after a long day or enjoying a quiet morning, this space is perfect for relaxation. Dedicated Workspace Room: The thoughtfully furnished workspace is equipped with fast Wi-Fi, making it ideal for remote work or studying. A large window offers a peaceful view of the trees, providing a serene backdrop for reading a book or focusing on your tasks. [Bedrooms] Bedroom 1: This bedroom, located at the front of the house, features a comfortable Queen bed and nightstands with lamps for convenience. The closet includes a luggage rack and fan, and the room is completed with an A/C unit and blackout curtains to ensure a restful night's sleep. Bedroom 2: The middle bedroom offers a unique experience with a Queen bed and your own mini movie theater projector. It also includes a closet with a luggage rack and fan, an A/C unit, and blackout curtains for added comfort and privacy. Bedroom 3: Located at the back of the house, this serene bedroom has a Queen bed and beautiful French windows that open to the backyard. The room is equipped with a luggage/clothing rack, fan, A/C unit, and blackout curtains, making it a peaceful retreat. Bathrooms: The home includes a full bathroom upstairs and a convenient half bathroom downstairs, both designed with high-end fixtures to match the home’s elegant style. Additional Amenities: For your convenience, there's an in-unit washer and dryer available during your stay, making it easy to keep everything fresh and clean. Guest access You have access to the entire house. Other things to note Outside, the fenced backyard includes a hot tub that fits 4 people, a propane fire pit that your entire crew can sit around, and a private seating area to have coffee or a drink. At the end of the street (cul-de-sac), you will find a trail that leads to Oakdale Lake (3-5 minutes), Return Brewing/Upper Depot Brewing (7-10 minutes), and Warren Street (10-15 minutes). Oakdale Lake is a great spot to take your pet, and do an easy hike or walk. It also has a small beach area where you can go swimming from Spring to Fall or book a mobile Sauna session from Fall to Winter. f!
