With two nearby boat ramps and a private dock, feel free to bring your own boat and explore the water. No boat? No problem — fish, swim, or unwind right from the dock while enjoying the beautiful views of Beech Creek River. It’s the perfect weekend escape for peace, fun, and waterfront scenery. The space When you walk into the home, you’ll step into a bright and open-concept space that combines the kitchen and living area — perfect for spending time together as a family. Just off the living area is a door that leads to the master bedroom, which features a king-sized bed and private access to the full bathroom. Inside the bathroom, you’ll find a second door that connects to the laundry room, which conveniently loops back into the kitchen/living area. A charming ladder in the living room leads up to the open loft, which has one queen bed and one full bed — ideal for kids or extra guests. Please note the loft is open to the space below and best suited for guests comfortable with ladder access. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the house.
