The apartment is on the 2nd floor, is approx. 100 m2, and has air conditioning. A cozy living room with board games, sofa, PS4, smart TV and everything you need for cooking. There is a dishwasher. There is 1 step inside the apartment. We have 3 charming and newly renovated rooms with beds for 5 adults, as well as a crib and a rollaway bed for children. We have 3 dogs and 1 cat, and pets are welcome as long as they are under control and not in bed. We share the toilet at night, but otherwise, it's 100% yours. The space Located in the middle of South Jutland, where there are many beautiful sights and experiences within a 1-hour drive. You are welcome to our lovely and quiet country property from 1900, which we are continuously renovating and making greener. Soon, there will be forests, lakes, and flowers on almost 10 hectares. In the summer, there's birdsong and lots of plants all around, and in the winter, the snowy landscape can be enchantingly beautiful. We live at the end of the hallway (as can be seen on the floor plan), and stay right downstairs if you need anything: -) Guest access There is a shared staircase, but a private entrance. There are also common outdoor areas. Please note that we can use the toilet at night, but otherwise it's 100% yours. Other things to note The nearest shopping facilities are 4 km away. Brugsen Toftlund and 365 Discount. There are 2 bakeries and a pharmacy. There are also other different stores. From Haverbækvej 3, 6520 Toftlund, there are a large number of exciting destinations within about an hour's drive. Here are some of the best: Nature and coast Rømø and Lakolk Strand (approx. 50-60 min.) One of Europe's widest sandy beaches. Possibility to drive the car all the way onto the beach. Perfect for walks, swimming, and kite flying. Lindet Forest (approx. 10 min.) Quiet forest with hiking trails, picnic areas, and great opportunities to experience wildlife. History and culture Gram Slot (approx. 20 min.) Beautiful castle with park, café, and events. Nearby is also Gram Lergrav, where you can dig for fossils from the Miocene period. Tønder (approx. 35-40 min.) Cozy old market town with cobblestone streets. Visit Museum Sønderjylland – the art museum in Tønder with the large Hans J. Wegner collection, or Museum Wegner. The city is known for its well-preserved historic downtown. Løgumkloster (approx. 25 min.) Klosterkirken is one of Denmark's most beautiful medieval churches. Also visit the Holmen Museum. Haderslev (approx. 35 min.) The cathedral, the old town, and Damparken. If you're interested in history, Museum Sønderjylland – Arkæologi is a good stop. Special experiences Danish Clock Museum (approx. 20 min.) A unique museum with bells and watches from many periods. The National Museum's Kommandørgård on Rømø (approx. 60 min.) Provides an exciting insight into the island's history and the wealthy whaling captains. For families with children Arrild Swimming Pool (approx. 10 min.) Great on a rainy day with a water slide and family-friendly pools.
