With four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and additional sleeping options, the home provides plenty of space to spread out, including main-level bedrooms and a full bath for added convenience. Inside, guests will enjoy a cozy wood stove, geothermal cooling, high-speed internet capable of supporting remote work, a fully stocked kitchen, and a bright sunroom with lake views. Outdoors, the property features a lakeside fire pit, private dock area, and easy access to boating, fishing, and nearby public launches, including Naubinway Public Beach just 25 minutes away. Located close to grocery stores, and dining while still offering a peaceful lakefront setting, this home is ideal for a relaxing getaway with modern comforts and beautiful surroundings. Due to the location of the properties, smoking is strongly discouraged around the home and strictly prohibited in the home. Fireworks are prohibited at a Freshwater location for the safety of all persons in and around the property, even if it is legal in that city. Privacy: Neighbors on both sides Snowmobiles: a person (resident and nonresident) that operates a snowmobile in Michigan is required to purchase a snowmobile trail permit. The trail permit enables snowmobilers to ride state-designated trails and thousands more miles of public roads and on public lands (where authorized). It is valid for one year, which begins Oct. 1 and ends Sept. 30 of the following year.
