Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Situated on a 32-acre small farm is this 560 square foot cozy cottage surrounded by woods and fields. Please, NO PETS and NO SMOKING anywhere on the property! Come enjoy the firepit, laying in a comfortable hammock, or sitting in the egg chair on the spacious front porch with views of the farm and Lookout Mountain! Enjoy our outdoor barrel sauna complete with essential oils! The space Enter our cottage off of a large porch with chairs and an egg swing. Once inside is the open concept living, dining and kitchen with a futon couch (full size, not queen). The kitchen is equipped with all you need to make great meals. Continue down the hall to the washer/dryer closet with detergent provided, and the bathroom with a jetted tub. The large bedroom has a queen bed and ample closet space with extra linens, along with a desk. The outside area is surrounded by woods and is peaceful and quiet. There is a firepit (wood provided), Adirondack chairs, hammock, picnic bench and grill with plenty of grass space to play games. We have corn hole, giant Jenga, Kaboom, Ladder Toss, and a Frisbee. We are a working farm and will have a truck or tractor passing in front of the cottage once or twice a day. Parking is on a gravel pad directly next to the cottage. NO PETS and NO SMOKING. Guest access You will be renting the entire 560 square foot cottage. One step up to concrete porch, and one step to enter cottage. Entrance is through a keypad code. Other things to note We are believers in Jesus Christ, and enjoy sharing the gift He has given us of our home and property with others, and would delight in having you as a guest here! We are 15-20 minutes from lots of outdoor activities such as Cloudland Canyon State Park, the Chickamauga Battlefield, Pigeon Mountain hiking, caving, biking. We are about 35 to 40 minutes from Chattanooga where there are numerous activities to keep you busy🙂 We have miniature horses, horses, sheep, donkey, cats, and chickens. Our friendly barn cat, Biscuits, most likely will like to come over to say hi and hang out. I am out there with the animals quite often and would be glad to introduce you to them.
