It has small balconies overlooking the street. The apartment is designed for up to two people. It has a fully equipped kitchen; queen size bed in the bedroom, new sofa/sleeper in the living room. The bedroom is equipped with blackout roller blinds. There is WIFI inside the apartment; also, for your WFH. It`s equipped with a smart TV with NETFLIX and satellite TV (Dgo); a breakfast table with chairs, and a laptop-friendly workspace. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower. There is a washing machine in the laundry room on the third floor. Guest access Independent apartment Guests have access to all apartment amenities, including food items, and they can also use the laundry room, the washing machine, and the cleaning supplies. Plus, they can enjoy fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables from our rooftop garden – the perfect ingredients for a healthy meal during their stay! We can help you secure a parking space in a public parking lot approximately 120 meters from the apartment. The cost per night is $2-3, depending on the vehicle size. Street parking requires payment. To use it, you must purchase a card (SIMERT card) from stores located on the surrounding streets. Other things to note Our guests' health and safety is our top priority. We follow strict cleaning and disinfecting protocols after each guest leaves and before the next guest arrives, paying special attention to high-touch items, such as the TV remote control, toilet seat, doorknobs, furniture handles, faucet handles, nightstand lamps, light switches, and floors. All bed linens and laundry are washed at a high temperature, and we provide antibacterial soap in the bathrooms.
