Lux 1BR Tiny Home, Cozy w/Private Fenced in Patio

Welcome to our family run, charming getaway in Kill Devil Hills! Nestled perfectly between the beach & the sound. This beautiful newly renovated private home is tailored for a couples retreat, traveling partners, or a solo escapade. Enjoy a spacious 1 BD, 1 BR with the privacy of your own entrance, designated parking spot & a fenced-in patio with an outdoor shower for the warmer months! Have your morning coffee or take an afternoon nap in the yard! Only half a mile from the beach & great food! The space The tiny home is a detached, private unit from the main house. The yard is completely fenced off from the main home. You will first enter the unit to a small foyer with space for luggage and hanging clothes. Continue into the bedroom where you will find a queen bed with a new memory foam mattress, luxe sheets, and a lightweight quilt. Additional blankets and hypoallergenic pillows will be available. The built in night stand can be used as a workstation if needed. The built in dresser includes a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig. The 50 inch smart TV includes Netflix, HBO and Hulu (no cable TV). Wifi is accessible to guests. The private bathroom is complete with a shower and bathtub. Plush towels and full-size toiletries are provided for your comfort. The main home is 3BR and is also available for rent. Brad and I may be there or it may be occupied by other guests. If you are a large group and would like to rent both properties, please message me directly. We kindly ask that no pets be brought into the tiny home. While we love animals, the small space may not be safe or comfortable for them. Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a safe, relaxing environment for all our guests! If you would like to bring a pet, please check out our Main House that provides ample space and yard for our furry friends. Guest access The tiny home has a keypad for contactless entry. There is a designated parking space for guests. Public beach access if roughly half-mile with easily accessible sidewalks after crossing the intersection around the block. Other things to note The tiny house is located in the side/backyard of the main house. My family or I may be inside the house or it may be rented out by other guests. Please make sure you are parked in the correct parking space to avoid being blocked in.
