Extra guests, visitors and gatherings: Please note, we do not welcome any extra guests or short term visitors in the building, other than the 1 or 2 booking the apartment. The pool, spa, gym, sauna or parking space is not available to anyone other than the 1 or 2 booking guests. 3rd party bookings: 3rd party bookings are not welcome. I will also be meeting you in person at an agreed check-in time, to view the ID and ensure it is actually you and 1 x guest with you only. On the morning of check-out, I'll be meeting you at the check-out time for the key return also. I need to do this to avoid further guest fraud, who want to throw parties.
