A flat screen TV and wireless internet will keep you connected as you choose to be. The sofa converts to a queen size sleeper to accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. The master suite has an all new high quality king size bed & bedding, flat screen TV, dresser, night stands, lamps, and a spacious walk-in-closet. There is a private master bath attached. The second bedroom has a comfy queen bed, a dresser, night stands, and a walk in closet. There is a second bath directly across the hall. When you want to take a break from the sand, you will enjoy the large heated in-ground pool with swaying palm trees overlooking the beach. This is a private pool with keyed access. There are plenty of lounge chairs with sunny and shaded options. A restroom is located on the ground floor for your use while visiting the pool. A picnic area is located by the gas grills, and a shuffle board court near for your enjoyment. The grounds, gardens and green space are impeccably maintained! There are two tiki huts over looking the beach with picnic tables for your use. An assigned parking space assures your parking, along with designated guest parking areas. The lobby is by key access. In the lobby you'll find a luggage cart, and grocery carts to assist you. On the 7th floor, there's a locker with our beach chairs, beach toys, etc for your use. Enjoy them! Sunset Condo is located on the widest section of beautiful Fort Myers Beach. It's on the southern, more quiet end of the island. The trolley stops right out front. For 50 cents, you can join in all the festivities in Time Square and Fort Myers Pier and not worry about parking or driving! Santini Marina Plaza is a short walk down the street, with shopping, restaurants, CVS, and a farmers market. Lover’s Key is near and has wonderful beaches and a great restaurant! There's plenty to keep you busy right in our neighborhood! The incredible view from the 7th floor is unrivaled! From the morning beach walks and activities, dolphins frolicking, fishermen, shelling, turtles in season...to the amazing sunsets in the evening! You have found paradise!
