The living room boasts seating for six guests, 75” smart TV and 526 Mbps Wi-Fi! The one level farmhouse has a a half bathroom and washer and dryer for your convenience, so your stay will feel like a home away from home. Our three bedrooms and two additional full-sized bathroom provide ample space and comfort for your stay. The king-sized bed in master bedroom and queen-sized beds in the other two, complete with nightstands on each side, luggage racks, and ceiling fans, guarantee a restful night's sleep. In each room, you will discover hidden twin sized trundle bed. All mattresses and pillows are protected against allergens, dust mites, bacteria, and perspiration, ensuring a clean and comfortable stay. Step into serenity in the master bathroom with a stunning slipper tub that offers a sanctuary for deep relaxation. Relax on the front screened in porch or soak up the farm view on the rocking chair porch. We have a grill as well as outdoor seating! Please keep in mind that the interior property fences are hot wire, so please do not touch them or you will get a short, sharp electric shock that is safe for humans but not pleasant). This is a smoke free and pet free environment. No smokers inside. No smokers outside. Loss of the $1000 deposit for smoking on premises. If you arrive with an animal on premises, you will kindly be requested to depart immediately as the house is allergen free pet free environment. Smoking of any kind will result in loss of $1000 deposit and will be requested to relocate. No marijuana. No drugs or vaping inside or outside of farmhouse. Must be 26 years old to rent. Please do not place anything on kitchen countertop or kitchen cart that will damage counters or will forfeit loss of $1000 deposit. Only use long stem matches provided to light grill. They are provided for you in oven warmer tray. Please use at your own risk. Any other methods will cause loss of deposit. Excessive cleaning charge of $500 if required.
