The 63 sqm duplex apartment is located directly on the dike in the vacation home "Kleine Bö", surrounded by a beautiful property with a large garden and exclusive terrace overlooking the dike and the sheep grazing on it at sunset. In the city center of Tönning you will find great restaurants, shopping and a small castle park (1.5 km). Sankt Peter-Ording with its extensive sandy beaches can be reached in 20 minutes by car, and the Theodor Storm city of Husum is only 20 km away. The popular heated Tönninger outdoor pool (May to September) is within walking distance in 15 minutes, as is the public beach. The amenities The décor of the duplex apartment combines modern amenities, a well-equipped kitchen and African artwork in a unique ambience. Upstairs is a bedroom with a wardrobe and a king-size box spring bed (180 x 200), from which you can look directly at the dike. The bathroom is on the same floor and is equipped with a modern shower, toilet, sink and illuminated mirror. A staircase leads to the open living room. Here you will find a well-equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and a Tchibo coffee machine. The living room has a cozy seating area with a Biedermeier sofa and armchair as well as a flat-screen TV for cozy evenings. Board games are available for fun and games, as well as a selection of books for relaxing moments. Netflix and Amazon Prime can be opened via the TV. Free Wi-Fi with 4G for remote work or streaming your favorite movies is included, as well as free parking on the premises.
