Welcome to our spacious homestay , where comfort meets convenience for the perfect getaway . With room for 10 guests , our homestay boasts a refreshing pool suitable for all ages and a BBQ set for delightful outdoor gatherings . The space Perfect for a family vacation especially for a longer stays Benefits : -A large living room with three sofas , an android TV with a free channel account to watch . -Swimming pool suitable for all ages. -Providing three rooms ,master bedroom with a queen and a king sized bed, along with two single bedroom queen-sized beds.(4 in total) -This homestay also equipped with kitchen untensils and standard kitchenware(refrigerator,cooking stove,water filter(coway),rice cooker,blender,microwave,pot and pan) -Basic entertainment such as books,novels,chess board a small billiard table and bicycle for nearby explore. -Provide washing machine at the parking area. -Easy access in and out since it was next to the mainroad. -A spacious parking area up to four cars. Disadvantage -would experiencing noises by transportations next to main road . Guest access Next to the main road, the house are in white colour with a lightblue roof , coconut tree outside the gate area. There's the address with the name SMVILLA next to the main gate entrance Open manually to get access into the homestay including sliding door. Be sure to close the gate manually . For an easier daily access you can use the small gate. The keys was already inside the property next to the iron board (a keycard also a key for the slide door,padlock and for each room door inside the property) . Feel free to contact the host for a much more clearer instruction .
