CHECK IT OUT!!<< Our Toka is located approx. 100 km from São Paulo, in the neighborhood of Brigadeiro Tobias in Sorocaba. It's a perfect place to enjoy family, rest and enjoy some fresh air. The house is large and well ventilated, with a balcony all around it - which makes it very cool in the summer! The rooms are integrated and furnished with sofas, a 60-inch TV and a table with a support rack. This social area has a half-bath. The kitchen is American - open to the rooms - and equipped with appliances (refrigerator, stove, freezer, microwave, oven and all utensils). There is a laundry room with a washing machine available as well. The corridor isolates the bedroom area, which is distributed in four spaces: - the master suite, with a double bed; - the secondary en-suite, with a double bed and bunk bed; - two bedrooms with a bunk bed and a hammock in each. They share a bathroom. The entire house is accessible, with enough space in the hallways for wheelchairs and people with mobility issues. The outdoor area is huge and with lots of greenery. Next to the house is the barbecue and pizza oven space, equipped with a kitchen - sink, stove, refrigerators and freezer - and tables with chairs. Two bathrooms with showers serve the pool area, behind the barbecue area. The pool has an internal stone ladder that makes it much easier for the elderly and/or those with difficulties to use it. It also has a table and sun guard and cold shower. There is a little house next to the tree for the kids! They can have fun with the rope ladder and slide. Guest access Guest access is through the farm gate, with a passage for cars. The parking lot has a large, fixed space already demarcated on the ground (it has an access ramp). To access the house, there are three doors - the main one, the laundry room and the one that gives access to the pool and barbecue area (this is double and can have its entire span open) (*) It is worth mentioning that the farm gate has a height limit, so minibuses do not pass through the gate. Excluding the caretaker's area - right at the entrance to the farmhouse - and the vegetable garden, all spaces are available for guest use. Other things to note The farm's caretaker lives there with his family and dogs. They have their own private space, which is not available to guests. They are the ones who warmly welcome guests upon arrival and are ready to assist them if needed.
