The space The structure is spread over three levels. On the ground floor, there is a two-room apartment with a bedroom and en-suite bathroom, a mezzanine with a single bed and a full kitchen. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathroom (the double bedroom also includes a mezzanine with a three-quarter bed and a bedroom with two single beds). All bedrooms are air-conditioned. On the second floor, an elegant, bright and welcoming kitchen introduces, with a large opening, access to a magnificent terrace with Sicilian charm, furnished and equipped for every need, overlooking the main street of Portopalo and from which you can admire the enchanting island of Capo Passero; here you can have lunch or dinner, spend moments in total relaxation with every comfort immersed in a scenario with the unique colors and scents of Sicily. The nearby beaches of Scalo Mandrie (5 minutes on foot), Carratois (10 minutes by car), San Lorenzo (20 minutes by car), Vendicari (20 minutes by car), and Calamosche (25 minutes by car) characterize the place as one of the most beautiful on the southeastern coast of Sicily. Also, 10 minutes by car you can reach the seaside village of Marzamemi, 25 kilometers away is Noto, a pearl of Sicilian Baroque and a UNESCO site. Moving by car in a short time you can reach Syracuse, Ragusa, Modica, Scicli. The most beautiful beaches of south-eastern Sicily are within a radius of 10 kilometers.
