Private Bdrm Suite - St Louis/Kirkwood

Just opened the calendar for bookings again. We keep it simple at this peaceful & centrally-located place. Large bedroom suite with over 600 sq ft of private space, better than a hotel, and conveniently located about 20-25 minutes from everywhere in town. It is located in Kirkwood, a suburb in St Louis County. We provide a queen bed and twin bed. There is an additional charge if there is more than 1 guest. The space The private bedroom is located in the basement of the house and includes an attached private bath. It has 2 beds, a queen bed along with a Twin Bed as well as a TV. There is a family room with TV connected to the bedroom for your exclusive use although it shares a common walkway to the laundry facilities/storage area. There is a dedicated workspace along with a small fridge, coffee pot and microwave for your private use. There is access to a shared kitchen as well as outdoor patio. Guest access Guests will be provided a combo for access via electronic keypad. During your stay I can be reached easily throughout your stay regarding any questions you may have. I am usually gone a couple nights every week so you may have the entire house to yourself at times. Other things to note It is a smoke free and pet free house.
