Description

The south facing boiler house has an area of approximately 70m2 and an open sleeping area on the gallery. There is a living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom and a private terrace. The ground floor is fully accessible. The house has been completely renovated and combines old and new design elements. It is part of the historic "Schleiferei Zwei" estate. It is located in a secluded spot in the beautiful Siebertal, right next to the Harz National Park. The space The “Boiler House” (#6) is an independent holiday house on the property of Schleiferei II. With its own terrace, the house faces south and has a wide view of the beautiful Sieber Valley. It has classical yet modern design and high-quality furnishings, its character is defined by the spectacular one-room experience. The 75m2 large Boiler House is spread over two levels: The spacious ground floor consists of a combined living, dining and cooking area as well as a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers best conditions for ambitious cooking. In the open gallery, under the sloping roof, there is a cozy sleeping area with a double bed. The ground floor is barrier-free. A storage room for bicycles can be shared on request. If you rent several apartments from us for group or family gatherings, the Boiler House can also be used as an additional meeting place, where a long table can then be set up for up to 16 people. The private terrace with a fantastic, unobstructed view of the Sieber Valley and the undisturbed sunsets provide a unique natural experience and romantically secluded privacy. In addition, the accommodation can be used as a cozy base camp for trips into the wonderful nature of the Harz Mountains - and of course as a place for a relaxing break... The Boiler House is designed for two people (basic price). An extra bed for children up to 12 years is available at an additional cost, a baby cot is available free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed. Ideal for a romantic break for two - book your break now! Other things to note In 2022 and 2023, we completely renovated the Schleiferei II industrial monument, which now houses a total of six separate, modern holiday apartments. When designing, we followed the maxim of identifying and developing the particular charm of the historic building. Visible screet floors or rustic oak planks, raw masonry walls and exposed structural elements could thus be combined to create a harmonious overall impression. This is complemented by furniture that consist of a combination of vintage elements and modern design. For example, table tops were made from historic roof beams and combined with contemporary steel elements, beds were manufactured according to our own designs and juxtaposed with timeless design classics. The individual lighting concept highlights the particular features of each individual apartment.
