Gorswen - Amazing views, spacious and next to town

A place for a family or group of friends on a farm on the edge of Nimbin. Gorswen is a 4 bedroom fully equipped cottage that enjoys amazing views of major landmarks including, Nimbin Rocks, Lilian Rock, Blue Knob and Mt Nardi. Fully fenced it, has full kitchen, dining and bathroom facilities as well as a spa, bbq area and fire pit to relax while enjoying the view. The 4th bedroom is a few metres from the cottage with its own verandah and a little privacy from the cottage. The space Gorswen has an open plan living dining and kitchen area. Three well sized bedrooms the main with ensuite bathroom and walk in robe. Two sides of the cottage enjoy balconies with amazing views and have outdoor furniture, a spa and BBQ area. The 4th bedroom is within a few metres of the cottage - small sleeping space but with its own verandah. There is also a sofa bed in the living area. Guests should be aware that there is a second smaller Airbnb on the property. that generally only hosts couples. You may see people arrive or leave but otherwise it is oriented in a very different direction and is very private. While sound has never been an issue large groups should be respectful of the other airbnb. Guest access Gorswen is fully fenced within the farm and guests have full access to everything within. There is a washing machine and dryer in a separate building about 200m away which is part of a horse facility so may be shared with others from time to time. Guests are welcome to wander around the farm and down to the creeks etc. If you ask I can make some suggestions re where to go and which paddocks the cattle are in at the time.
