Altaussee - central house for 12-13 guests

Our beautiful house in the traditional architectural style is located in the middle of the picturesque Altaussee with all the shopping facilities. It is within walking distance only 500m from the lake and 5-10 minutes by car from the Loser-Schigebiet, the Narcissus Bath, Golf Course and Bad Aussee with train station. The house has 6 bedrooms for total 12-13 guests, 3 living room, 3 bathroom, 2 kitchens, a beautiful garden with terrace, a large balcony, with wonderful views to the surrounding mountains and Lake Altaus. The space We also rent the ground floor apartment 1 including access to the garden and terrace as well as the two-storey apartment 2 together, as well as the whole house for your own use. Reviews about both units, which we have been renting out via AirBnB for 10 years, can be found in the listings for Apartment 1 and Apartment 2. Overall, the entire house has 6 bedrooms, 3 living room, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms with toilet, a third bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. In the top living room there is a 110cm wide sofa bed where a guest can sleep. So there are regular beds for 12 guests (including all children), a 13th guest is possible, this can stay on the lounger. There is an additional nightly price of €35 for a 13th guest. For all guests over the age of 15, local taxes of €3.50/night apply. Please let us know the exact number and age of guests when you book. After confirming the booking, we will request the local taxes individually via Airbnb. You can use 2 Washing machines. We can provide 1 children's high chair, 1 baby bath and 1 children's toilet seat free of charge. In total, we can offer you three parking spaces free of charge, 2 directly at the house (but one behind the other) and an additional parking space for a third car about 50 m away. If possible, we try to provide an earlier check-in or later check-out. We prepare all the necessary beds with linens and provide towels for each guest. Please bring your own bath towels for the lake. We rent on a self-catering basis. For hygienic reasons, we do not even leave basic foods such as salt, pepper, oil in the house. However, some guests leave these in the apartment. You are welcome to help yourself if something is there. However, this does not come from us and we cannot assume any liability in this regard. It is best - if you cook yourself - that you take everything you need with you or buy it on site. For the first few days, we prepare toilet paper in the toilet. Guest access You can use the whole house. On the ground floor is a private apartment (about 80m2) with 2 bedrooms, open living room with kitchen, bathroom and toilet, where 4 guests can sleep. There is a direct exit to the garden with a terrace with teak seating set. On the first floor is a very large living room (about 70m2) with open kitchen, large dining table and a lot of space to read and relax. From here you come to a very large balcony and have a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains (loser, road wall ..). There is a small shower bath with toilet in the hallway. On the top second floor are 4 bedrooms, a large shower room with a toilet and a second living room with TV. Other things to note Without exception, NO PETS, PARTIES, SMOKING or street shoes are allowed! Our beautiful tile stove on the 1st floor - for liability reasons - CANNOT be put into operation without exception without our express permission! Please understand! We will check after each stay to see if you have adhered to it! With us, however, it is comfortably warm in winter anyway. There are two parking spaces in a row on the property itself. In about 50 meters' distance, however, we offer our guests another free parking space for 1 additional car. So you can arrive with a total of 3 normal-sized cars. If you have more cars or they are too large (vans/trailers, etc.), you have to park in the paid municipal parking lot 100 m away (there are cheap day tickets).
