Waterside at Watcarrick

Under the stars in a Dark Sky Area looking out onto the forest, the Shepherd's Hut has a really comfortable king sized bed, kitchen, bathroom and wood burning stove. The private garden is fully fenced with a little gate that leads down to the stream where you can listen to the water tumbling down the many little waterfalls or watch the sun rise behind the pines from your steps. The Hut also has an enclosed wooden deck with a table and chairs, a bench seat and an extendable awning. The space The Shepherd's Hut is a up a track beyond the Farmhouse with parking either by the Hut or in the main Courtyard by the barn. There is space for a tent in the Hut's own garden by prior arrangement. Guest access There are woods just across the stream you are welcome to wander through or sit out in though dogs would need to be on a lead so as not to scare the chickens and nearby sheep and lambs. Other things to note Stables Cottage which sleeps 4 (plus 2 on sofa-bed in the living room) is also also available to book on airbnb. It has its own enclosed private garden and is further down the track in the courtyard.
