The space The apartment features one room that serves as both a bedroom and a living area. In the room, you will find two armchairs from which you can comfortably watch TV. The small kitchenette is equipped with a stovetop, microwave, and kettle. The bathroom includes a shower. Guest access The entire property is for rent, for your use and your friends (family) only! Other things to note Independent access is provided! Parking: Parking is possible on the nearby streets, but it is subject to a fee. Parking garages are also available a few minutes' walk away. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment; however, there is a designated smoking area outside the apartment. Pets: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. Parties and Events: Please refrain from organizing parties or events in the apartment. We respect our neighbors' peace and quiet. PARTIES AND EVENTS ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN!!!!
