Marasusa is a holiday complex with a delightful swimming pool located in Parghelia, Calabria. It is situated on a hill with breathtaking views of the sea, the bustling town of Tropea, and the Aeolian Islands. Our apartment is on the 1st floor & includes all the amenities for a delightful vacation in the deep south of Italy. With 2 bedrooms, air conditioning, a spacious living room with an open kitchen, and a terrace overlooking the pool and Tropea, it is a perfect place for a wonderful holiday. The space Living room/open kitchen: The living room with an open kitchen, providing direct access to the terrace, is equipped with a cough, a TV with a DVD player (no TV connection), a seating area, and a display cabinet with dishes, Dutch-language books (for adults and children), and board games. The open kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a 4-burner gas stove, and ample kitchen utensils. An air conditioning unit is available. This air conditioner has sufficient capacity to cool the entire apartment; please leave the interior doors open for this purpose. Bedroom 1: This very spacious 'master bedroom' has a double bed (160x200) and ample closet/storage space. This beautiful, bright bedroom has a window on the 'mountain side' and is wonderfully quiet. Bedroom 2: Currently, this bedroom has a 3-person bunk bed (140x200 and 90x200) . This room also has sufficient closet/storage space. A window on the mountain side provides ample natural light. Bathroom: The neat bathroom features a shower, a wall-mounted toilet, and a sink with a vanity. The bathroom has a window on the mountain side. Terrace: The small terrace offers a magnificent view of the pool and Tropea. The sunsets with a view of the sea and the Aeolian Islands are beautiful to behold. On the terrace, there is a dining table with chairs and a parasol for the summer. The terrace is not really big, but you can sit with 5 people. It is also possible to use the larger shared terrace downstairs. The pool is located next to the terrace, a 15-meter walk from our apartment. Bedding and bath/shower towels (1 larger, 1 small per person) are included and are part of the cost of 90 euros (cleaning, bed linen, towels). Beach towels are not included. Transportation: The nearest airport is Lamezia Terme, about a 1-hour drive away. Renting a car is strongly recommended due to Marasusa's location atop a mountain. Parghelia also has a train station that allows you to visit other towns along the coastline.
