We want you to be aware of the possibility in advance. ⋆ Insects are also part of life in Costa Rica, try to accept them. They are not synonymous with dirt, instead they are part of an ecosystem so please avoid mistreating or killing them. It is possible to find them inside the facilities (Perfectly normal with all the jungle around us). Be aware that if you leave food exposed, they are curious and will approach it. ⋆ The cleaning fee that you paid is to clean the accommodation at your check out. In case you require cleaning(s) during your stay, those have an extra cost and are subject to availability (You will need to request it with us in advance). ⋆ We provide 1 additional cleaning for 7-day stays (or longer), daily cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee. ⋆ Pool maintenance will be between 8am - 12pm
