Cozy apartment of 50m2 in beautiful green surroundings and a nice and quiet neighborhood. Located close to Sagene bus stop, with buses that take you to the city center in 12-15 minutes. The apartment itself borders Bjølsenparken and is relatively close to Akerselva, Sagene Church and various small shops, cafes and restaurants. The space The apartment is semi-old (from the 50's ?), but in very good shape with a new and modern kitchen from 2021 and a nice but small bathroom with floor heating. You will find the living room to be nice and warm, with a qled tv on the wall and smooth colourful furniture. The two bedrooms are separated by the living room and encapsulated by brick walls that ensures good auditive (sound isolated) conditions. Guest access The guest will have access to all rooms in the apartment, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room and kitchen. Access to the storage room can also be arranged. BUT: Depending on the number of guests and needs, the small room (6.5m2) may be used by the host as a storage room and locked. Other things to note There is a stove guard alarm; a low beeping sound, which is activated when cooking. You have to turn fuse no. 2 off and on to get rid of the sound. Then the sound disappears.
