Cosy cabin right on the ski slope

Enjoy the mountain paradise! This amazing cabin, located 930 meters above sea level, gives you an astonishing view of Raulandsfjell. With only 50m to the ski slope and cross country skiing just 400m away, this ski enthusiast's dream is. The path up to the mountain runs only a few meters from the cabin. Here are great hiking opportunities both spring, summer and autumn. The space 1st floor. Entrance, with entrance to the storage room where you leave hiking and ski equipment. Combined kitchen, dining area and living room. In the living room there is a fireplace that heats well and gives lots of cuddles after a day out. Breathtaking views of Raulandsfjell from living room and dining area. Exit to spacious terrace. 2nd floor. Hallway, 3 bedrooms with double bed, hangers and drawers to put clothes away. Spacious bathroom, with shower cubicle, double sink and toilet. Washing/drying machine is located in rooms with access from bathrooms. Plenty of space to dry wet clothes in the bathroom (drying rack available). The cabin has a utility area of 86 sqm. Guest access You will have access to the entire cabin except for a small storage room under the stairs, where we have stored some personal belongings. In the stall (by the hallway) we have stored firewood and our ski equipment, which you are also welcome to do. The toilet in the stall is not used (use the toilet on the 2nd floor.) Other things to note The stairs down to the cabin are about 2.5 m and in case of snowfall before and during the stay, you will have to shovel them. The road is plowed by a hired company. Stairs up to the 2nd floor do not have railings on both sides, only on one side. Families with small children should also note that the space between the posts in the railing is somewhat larger than normal, about 15 cm. Small children should therefore not walk alone on the stairs. No stair gates in the cabin. The rent includes a power consumption of up to 70 kWh per day at a price of up to NOK 2 per kWh. Consumption above this or a kWh price above NOK 2 will be invoiced afterwards. Normal kWh consumption is about 50 kWh per day in the winter.
