The villa is the perfect place for getting away from the bustle of the city to relax in an authentic Portuguese village. The house is big enough for three families to travel together, offering lots of space for various activities; read a book on the rooftop terrace while the children play around in the pool, stroll to the local village square for a coffee and baked goods, or spend a day at the nearby beach islands. The villa has a large plot of land with oranges, olives, and figs for picking. The space The villa is located right on the outskirts of Moncarapacho near Olhão, Algarve, Portugal. It is a former small farm with olive trees and an orange grove, and is located in rural and peaceful surroundings. The house has its own swimming pool, and almost all rooms have air conditioning. In the square in front of the main house, there is a large barbecue next to the large dining table with local tiles. In the evenings it is great to enjoy the sunset from the roof terrace. The place has recently been renovated and upgraded. The main house has 4 bedrooms approved for rental. There is also an annex with two extra family bedrooms with room for up to eight extra guests in addition to the 8 in the main house. The kitchen is well equipped, with an oven, stove, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. There are three refrigerators in total--two inside and one outside, and two small freezers. In the main house, there is a bathroom with a toilet, bathtub and shower. In addition, the annex has a bathroom that can also be used with a shower and a toilet. There is also an outdoor shower which is lovely to use in the heat, as well as an extra bathroom with one toilet. The place is well suited for large families or families who want to vacation together. The main house has a large living room with a fireplace, a small library, and a dining room. Free Wi-Fi and TV in the living room. The water on the property is pumped up from our own well, and the pool is monitored by a caretaker on a regular basis.
