The space Come enjoy this beautiful one bedroom with a sofa bed suitable for a few nights or an extended staycation. The space is furnished in a simple minimalist with a hint of exquisite luxury. The condo unit has all essential furnishings and small appliances. This is a corner unit that has a very nice air flowing all through out the day. In the kitchen, you can find a fridge, microwave, portable electric stove, electric kettle, pots, pans, plates, bowls, cutlery, utensils, serving bowls, Tupperware, chopping board, and a dish rack. In the bathroom, you have a standing shower with a water heater, incase you don’t like cold showers. There’s manual bidet, and ample mirror and space for grooming, getting ready, and for applying your make-up. In the living room, there’s a sofa bed with throw pillows perfect for lounging and sleeping. There’s also a smart tv for entertainment and binge-watching, and streaming your favourite shows and movies. Recharge your cellphone and electronics in a plug in right by the tv stand. In the dinning area, you have can enjoy your meals and drinks. If your with love-ones, friends and family, have stimulating conversations and/or play board games. As well sit-back, relax, and have a look at the the view outside the dinning room window. You can see the skylines of BGC McKinley Hill on one-side and Makati buildings on the other-side. If you prefer some privacy close the curtains to set the right mood. Last but most definitely not the least is the bedroom with a sliding divider. Here you can rest, recharge, and rejuvenate in the nice queen-size bed. There’s two separate night lamps on the nightstands perfect for reading a few pages before dozing off and catching some well needed sleep. There’s plenty of room for storing your clothes, personal items, and belongings in the closet, drawers, and cabinets. Recharge your cellphone and other electronics in the plug on top of the cabinet. There’s an A/C that is strong enough to cool the whole condo unit or set in a lower setting that will help put you to bed underneath the blanket. Outside the bedroom balcony, you have a view of the work in progress Taguig City Hall construction. Looking straight out the balcony, you will see the Cypress Condos in the C5 Highway and when looking down the balcony in ground level you have the basketball court, play ground, and terrace area. Guest access Guest(s) have access in the condo unit. Although the condo amenities might have certain rules and restrictions. Outside the front lobby main entrance, in Tower Two’s side, there’s the basketball court, terrace, and children’s playground. Adult supervision is mandatory for all young children. There’s two swimming pools, there’s the lap pool to improve your swimming skills. That’s just outside of the condo unit, found in the ground floor of Tower Two's back entrance. And the second pool is in between Tower Three and Tower Four, a splash pool to swim, float, play in the water, or cool-off from the sun or get some sun-bathing and tanning [recommended with moderation and sunblock]. If I'm not mistaken, pool access is 150 Php per 2 guests. If you can please inform me if you plan on swimming for me to get the swimming tickets ready for you. Found in Tower One are The Grand Lobby and Residential Lobby in the ground floor. Multi-purpose Hall, Social Hall, and Gym are all in the 7th floor. The Gym’s hours of operation is from 6:00am - 10:00pm. However, access to the gym, multipurpose hall, and grand lobby might be restricted to guest depending upon authorization from security guards and staff. There’s a complimentary free shuttle service from Grace Residences Tower Three lobby entrance to SM Aura. The shuttle is on a first come first serve basis. Guests/residents can register and be put on the shuttle list at the Amenity Security Guard stationed outside the Tower Three front lobby approximately 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. Guests can visit SM Aura mall for shopping, food, past-time, and partake in all other activities SM Aura has to offer. Steps away from the condo unit you conveniently have Grace Mall; which has a 24/7 convenience and grocery store, 24/7 fitness gym. All other shops, stores, and restaurant open when Grace Mall opens at 11:00am daily [please check for holiday and special day's hours]. There’s a BDO bank, barbershop, laundry with full & self serve, water refilling station, pharmacy, aesthetics clinic, and plenty more services, and specialty stores. As well as restaurants and fast food for dining and take-out. I would suggest trying the different assortment of cuisine in the restaurants, and food stands. For you to get a taste of the various delicacies, dishes, and drinks. Other things to note There’s no guest/visitor parking in the condo parkade. However guest can avail the hourly and or daily parking right in front of Grace Mall. Kindly read and browse the House Rules and most importantly follow the condo guidelines enforced by the Property Management. Specifically being respectful, peaceful, happy, and kind to yourself, and everyone else in the condo building and facilities. If you can please refrain and avoid obtaining any violation tickets from security guard and staff, as the guest will be ordered to pay the ticket(s) and not the condo unit owner. Be mindful of your food waste, garbage and dirty dishes as these will attract pests. Even-though the condo unit and building is treated, and as much as we buy pest traps and bug sprays. We cannot control the waste of other condo residents and guests. If you’re willing and able, kindly clean all your dirty dishes, and dispose all your trash nightly. If you cannot throw you trash, if you can please, put the trash in a plastic bag and tie a knot to prevent attracting pests and dispose as frequently as possible. Also, if the A/C unit is on, if you can please close the windows and doors to prevent the nice cool air from escaping. And if possible have the windows and balcony door close at night time to avoid having mosquitoes and flies front entering the unit.
