On weekdays, check-in from 6:30-7:00 p.m.; on weekends and holidays, check-in possible earlier with personalized micro-experiences (guided walk, social moment, relaxation in the garden or listening session). The space ✨ This 19 m² independent studio, located under my terrace, offers you a private entrance and all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay, whether short or extended. 🛋️ The main room features a comfortable bed, a versatile table for meals or remote work, a TV and an equipped kitchenette (microwave, gas stove, small refrigerator, small oven). 🚿 The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet and a convenient sink. The whole is designed to offer a simple, functional and peaceful setting, ideal for resting or working peacefully. Guest access 🚗 A private parking space is located directly in front of the studio. 🌿 The garden, fully fenced, is freely accessible and offers a pleasant space to enjoy the outdoors. It's especially convenient for guests with a dog. 🏡 The entrance is completely independent and the studio is separate from the main house, guaranteeing autonomy and privacy. During your stay 👋 I remain available to welcome and inform guests throughout their stay. On weekdays, check-in is usually from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. On weekends and holidays, check-in can be earlier and I offer, on request, small friendly experiences to make your stay more enjoyable: • Guided nature walk – discover a green area and relax after the trip • Friendly moment around a drink – freely exchange ideas around a coffee or an infusion • Relaxing break in the garden – enjoy a moment of calm and observe nature • Compassionate listening session – a time to share your thoughts or simply be heard You can count on my presence if needed, while enjoying total peace of mind and autonomy.
