The 2 quiet and stylish rooms with a shared shower room have their own entrance and are located in a former art Gallery. One room is equipped with a 1.40 double bed and coffee/tea bar. In the other room there is a pull-out sofa, also 1.40, and a smart TV. Very comfortable for 2 people, but also suitable for a maximum of 4 people. The space The historic house is located in the heart of the quiet Lürrip district, 10 minutes from the center, 30 minutes on foot. The bus stop is right outside the front door. Very good connections to Düsseldorf and Cologne, about 6km from Borussiapark Bakery, supermarket and pharmacy are within walking distance. A kiosk and a pizza baker are right next door. Nice Highlight: the vintage shop in the neighboring house, it's worth browsing! The local recreation area Volksgarten with the Renaissance Rheydt Castle is 1km away. The two rooms are on the 1st floor. There is a sofa bed in the living room and a double bed in the bedroom. Both beds have a width of 140cm. Guest access The house entrance leads to a glass door on the ground floor.
