Guests do not have to worry about linen at all. Appliances and amenities: -Every major and some special appliances for a modern household (fridge with water and ice dispenser, coffee maker, air fryer, rice cooker etc). -Free Wifi & Netflix Infant amenities: Cots, bath, chair, linen Structure of the house: -This home is a large modern house on 2 levels. -From the carpark one enters the ground floor which includes include 3 carpeted bedrooms (2 queen and 1 single + a workspace), 2 full bathrooms (+ two toilets), the garage and full laundry. -A full bathroom and toilet are attached to the Queen master bedroom. Then 7 carpeted steps leads down to a spacious lower ground level with polished timber flooring. Here, there's a large living room, dining room, kitchen, a large covered outdoor deck and a Sunroom (additional sleeping areas with queen sized pullout bed, set up on request for bigger groups). The main living room is a luxurious cozy space with leather (electric recliners) couches and a large smart TV. Free WiFi and Netflix are provided. Outside this large area there is a covered deck area with posh sun loungers to stretch tired legs, have a yarn and watch time and clouds pass by. There is a lovely view of Mount Barrow from these wicker thrones. The glass dining table seats 6, and a kitchen bar counter nearby seats 2 more people. A well equipped kitchen provides staging ground for cooking adventures. All common utensils and cutlery provided. We believe coffee makes the world a better place. So we have a good quality automatic coffee machine, and pods. On the far side of the house is the beautiful and serene sun room which doubles as a living room, office or sleeping space (use to your imagination). This room serves also as a dedicated workspace with a large work table, calm ambience and has a large couch which encloses a sturdy Queen sized pull out mattress, in case a large family is staying at the home. All our linen is processed by a professional laundry service. Hence Guests do not have to strip or clean any linen off the beds. Our housekeeping service will process all the bedlinen and towels. Please free to leave dirty linen on the bed/ bathrooms as it is when you leave. Our nearby yards are lush green and on the northern side often a wallaby and a possum are spotted. Big, fully fenced private backyard in the rear. Guest access Guests access the house by using a key kept in the Key safe near the front door. The frequently updated 4 digit security code shall be sent to the guest shortly before check-in time. Guests can enter the house by two main options: -via The main wooden front door, or -via the big remote-operated step-free garage door (easier if travelling with babies or luggage). Access to bedrooms will depend on the number of people booked to stay. You can let us know when you book. For a booking with 4 or less guests, generally 3 main bedrooms (including 2 Queen sized beds and a single bed) will be set up, unless otherwise requested . An additional queen sized pullout bed can be set up in the sunroom/ living room for bigger families, (and only if specially requested by a group of 4). The sun room will usually be set up in a couch/ lounge sofa configuration for groups of 4 or less. The sun room is accessible to all guests at all times. Other things to note Internal Steps: Three main bedrooms, laundry, office and all bathrooms are easily accessible without any stairs. However there are 2 separate areas connected by carpeted, downward internal stairs (with 7 steps each). These lead to the sun room, living room, patio and kitchen. Little children and guests with disabilities may need supervision on these steps.
