Beautifully decorated with an eclectic mix of vintage and antiques, yet equipped with all the modern conveniences. Our countryside home is just a short drive to almost anywhere you’d want to be and walking distance to one of the highest rated zip line adventures in the area! Check with us for an estimation of distances to many sights and attractions nearby! The space Our little farmhouse offers a bedroom with a full bed, dresser, chair and ottoman. Our living room offers ample seating for guests(leather sofa, cozy chair), our sunroom off the living room holds two twin beds as well. The kitchen is well equipped with all new stainless appliances and seating for four. In addition, we have a sun porch with extra seating and a papasan chair for reading in the morning sun. We have a home office as well, WiFi connection and a bar area with stools, cozy chair for reading. Our home sits on two acres, peaceful and serene! Please, No smoking anywhere on the property! Guest access The entire home described is yours to enjoy. Weather permitting, we have outdoor seating for outdoor style meals, rest and relaxation. Our family operates a business within the large garage on property behind the house. We are on property minimally, rarely when guests are present, yet may need to enter the garage from time to time. The two spaces do not share a yard or utilities, yet do share a driveway. Please do not block the entrance to the home and use designated parking spaces at all times. Secondly, the door to the left of the Living Room is locked, no access to guests, as our family keeps personal belongings upstairs. Other things to note Again, the door to the left of the living room is locked and guests will not have access as our family keeps personal belongings in the upstairs loft. Secondly, please park in designated areas due to the fact our garage located behind the house shares the driveway used to enter the farmhouse property. Thank you!
