The living room features a warm and inviting fireplace, perfect for curling up on chilly evenings, and a large-screen TV with surround sound for immersive entertainment. For gaming enthusiasts, a PlayStation 5 is also available, providing endless fun for guests of all ages. The well-equipped kitchen is a culinary haven, featuring premium All-Clad pots and pans, a versatile Cuisinart food processor, and a reliable KitchenAid mixer. Additionally, there are a variety of small appliances, including a bread maker, waffle iron, Instant Pot, and Anova precision cooker, ensuring you have everything needed to prepare gourmet meals with ease. If you are visiting during this time and would like to use the lake, please let us know so we can add you to the list for access. The summer lake access fee is $10 per guest charged by Twain Harte Lake. Please note that a signed renter agreement is required upon booking confirmation. Additionally, a security deposit of $300 may be required for your stay.
