Everything you use there is pleasantly clean and only a few days old or even new and unused. Each apartment has a new modern equipped kitchen with coffee machine, fridge, double ceramic hob, sink, dishwasher and a microwave. Flat-screen TV with all A1 TV channels. Free Wi-Fi is also included in the basic equipment. Towels and linens are provided in the apartment. In the closet you will even find additional padding if you want to lie particularly softly. The bathrooms are all modernly equipped, with underfloor heating, floor-level shower and rain shower head. Other things to note The whole house has been completely modernized and has a new elevator and all apartments have either a view or balcony or both. The small one-way alley in front of the house is very little used – absolutely quiet location. You are then also in a classic Viennese old building with thick walls. No smoking inside the apartment or in the corridors. However, there are apartments with balconies. The Thaliastraße shopping mile with countless shops and its rich gastronomic offer is just a few meters around the corner. The town hall is only 1.5 km or a 6-minute drive away. The subway is 1 km away or a few minutes by tram. Around the corner is also the Vienna Ottakringer brewery. To the center of Vienna city center, Volksgarten, it usually takes about 12 minutes by car, 15 minutes by tram. The closest airport is Vienna International Airport 23 km away. We have no driveway or garage. But usually you will find a public parking space in the street.
