Other things to note ✔ Pet friendly 2 small dogs maximum (must be crated if left alone, please clean up after your pet) ✔ No parties or events ✔ Quiet hours 10pm-7am must be respected for neighbors. ✔ Our team attend every 2 weeks to cut grass this may occur during your stay ✔ Cameras must not be disabled (we use them to ensure Landscaping/Trash collections etc. occur during and between stays) ✔ Stays of more than 14 nights are subject to Long-Stay Departure Service Fee – $160 which will be requested after booking ✔ Late Check Out Fine - $30 per every 30 minutes past arranged time, plus any costs directly related to compensating the next guest for late check in where necessary.
