Other things to note ✔ Pet friendly – We welcome up to 2 small dogs. Please clean up after your pets and ensure they are crated if left unattended. ✔ Self check-in – Check in at your convenience using our secure self check-in system. ✔ Quiet hours – To respect our neighbours, quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Parties and events are not permitted. ✔ Lawn maintenance – Our landscaping team visits approximately every two weeks to maintain the yard. This may take place during your stay. ✔ Exterior security cameras – Exterior cameras are in use for the safety and security of our guests, property, and to monitor services such as landscaping and waste collection. Cameras must not be covered or disconnected. ✔ Long stays – Reservations of 14 nights or more are subject to a $160 Long-Stay Departure Service Fee, which will be requested after booking. ✔ Late check-out – Late check-out must be arranged in advance and is subject to availability. Unauthorised late departures incur a charge of $50 per 30 minutes, plus any costs incurred if they delay the arrival of the next guest.
