Whether you're planning a boating or fishing trip, a family getaway with your dog, or simply a relaxing Hill Country escape, Woodcrest gives you the space, location and outdoor setting to make the most of your stay. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and outdoor spaces throughout their stay, including the fully fenced backyard, front porch, rear deck, outdoor games and private driveway. The oversized driveway provides ample parking for multiple vehicles, boats and trailers. Self check-in is available, allowing you to arrive at a time that suits you without the need for an in-person check-in. Other things to note - Quiet hours Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Parties and events are not permitted. - Lawn maintenance Our landscaping team visits approximately every two weeks to maintain the property. This may take place during your stay. - Extended stays Reservations longer than 14 nights require a mid-stay cleaning at $85 per week. Payment for this will be requested after booking. - Wildlife Woodcrest is in the Texas Hill Country, where deer, foxes, birds and other native wildlife are common. Wildlife sightings are part of the experience, but please do not approach or feed the animals. - Starter supplies A selection of complimentary starter essentials is provided for your arrival. Additional supplies may be needed for longer stays. - Security cameras Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and entrance areas for the safety of guests and the property. There are no cameras inside the home or overlooking any private guest areas. - Before you arrive All guests complete a quick hotel-style pre-arrival process through our secure Guest Portal. This includes ID verification, signing our Short-Term Rental Agreement and completing the required damage protection process. This is a standard part of our professional check-in process and helps us keep every stay secure and straightforward. - Damage protection A refundable $1,500 security hold is required before arrival unless you choose our non-refundable damage waiver instead. The damage waiver is $55 for stays of up to 10 days, plus $3 per additional day for stays longer than 10 days. Both options are completed securely through the Guest Portal before arrival. - Early check-in Subject to availability, a Half Day Pass may be reserved in advance for 50% of the value of the nights being blocked. This allows check-in from 7:00 AM. A Half Day Pass may also be available on the day of arrival depending on the cleaning schedule, with a maximum charge of $165. - Late check-out Subject to availability, a Half Day Pass may be reserved in advance for 50% of the value of the nights being blocked.
