Located in a quiet neighborhood, with all the amenities you need, such as: good restaurants, a supermarket, a bus stop on the corner, bars, and open shopping. 100 meters from Lagoa Pequena, where you can paddle with a stand-up paddleboard or even enjoy an evening. A picnic is ideal. I was born in the 1950s and I want to welcome people who enjoy the day and like to wake up with the birds singing. I'll be happy to welcome you!! The space The room is ideal for those who come to work or rest. It has a delightful balcony with a hammock and incredible sunset colors. It has a table and chair for work, a portable fan, a wardrobe, and black-out curtains. Guest access The room is on the first floor of the house. Staircase with 17 steps. Shared bathroom with another room. Compact kitchen. Entrance hall with library and necessary material for the beach: chair, cooler, umbrella, sarongs... During your stay I live in the back of the house, and I'll be available via cell phone and in person when possible. I'll be happy to help you during your stay. Other things to note In this part of the house there are 3 bedrooms, each with a key in the door. This double room shares a bathroom with another, and the third is a suite.
