Inside, you'll find a cozy Zinus memory foam queen bed that promises a restful night's sleep, two smart TVs for your entertainment, and high-speed internet, perfect for working from home. We provide one free on-site parking space for your convenience, and there's a coin-operated shared laundry room on-site. If needed, send us a message, and we can exchange quarter rolls for you. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for all your culinary adventures, featuring an induction stovetop, a toaster oven, and a BBQ grill. While we do not have a traditional convection oven, grilling is always better anyway! Whether you're preparing a quick snack or a gourmet meal, you'll have everything you need at your fingertips. To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we supply fresh linens, bedding, and essential amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, salt, pepper, and more. Our aim is to create a home away from home where you can relax and enjoy your stay to the fullest. Our location truly couldn't be better: - 1 mile from the vibrant Downtown Hollywood, also known as Young Circle, where you’ll find a lively arts and entertainment scene. (5 minute bike ride) - 2.4 miles away from the beautiful Hollywood Beach. (15 minute bike ride) - 2.4 miles from the exciting new development at Dania Pointe, offering shopping, dining, and entertainment. - 4.8 miles from Fort Lauderdale Airport, making your travel a breeze. - 17-mile drive to the iconic Miami Beach and its world-renowned South Beach. Guest access You will have your own dedicated parking space right in front of your unit, along with access to an outdoor area on the side of the house, equipped with furniture and a propane grill for your exclusive use. While the backyard is a shared space where you can socialize with other guests, you also have the option to enjoy a more private moment in your reserved side area. Additionally, a laundry room is available for shared use, ensuring convenience throughout your stay. Other things to note Linens and Towels Policy: Each guest (based on the listing’s occupancy) will receive: 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth, and 1 beach towel. If you require additional linens or wish to swap for fresh ones during your stay, this service is available for a $25 fee. This policy is in place because we no longer have direct access to linens. Instead, we partner with a professional cleaning team that handles and stores all linens at their dedicated cleaning warehouse. This partnership ensures that every item meets the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene for your comfort and peace of mind. Thank you for your understanding! Beach Essentials and Bicycles: Beach essentials and bicycles are available upon request, subject to availability. As we have a limited supply, these items are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure they’re ready for your enjoyment, we recommend reserving them early during your stay. Florida's Natural Visitors: Please note that, as with any home in Florida, you might occasionally encounter a lizard or bug. While we take every precaution and maintain a rigorous cleaning routine to keep them out, the warm climate and lush surroundings of Florida make it impossible to eliminate these little visitors entirely.
