the small station, eco-friendly house

The small station is an old gatekeeper's house. Located in the middle of the fields, it is absolutely calm! It's a house that I completely renovated with ecological materials (straw, earth, local wood) to make it a cozy little nest where it's good to pick up a book in the large library, watch a movie on the movie screen, dream by the fire. You can stroll along the old railway line, and even cycle there on sunny days. The space On the ground floor you will find a living area with a dining table; an American kitchen and a small sitting area near the stove as well as the dry toilets (ecology obliges!) the first floor is a mezzanine with a sofa bed, a movie screen and a desk. On the third floor is a double bed, a child's bed, a baby bed and the bathroom. Guest access You can access the entire accommodation. Thanks to a lockbox, you are autonomous for your arrival. You will also have the whole garden with its outdoor furniture and barbecue. amenities are 5 minutes away, several markets per week in the surrounding towns, numerous flea markets from spring and the beautiful medieval town of Provins which offers equestrian and eagle training shows is 25 km away. Other things to note Please note that the toilet in the house is a dry toilet that requires a little attention and to be emptied into the compost before you leave. The stairs of the house are quite steep and require caution if you are coming with children.
