ENJOY YOUR HOLIDAY while the kids are entertained by lots of fun activities available at the resort: - Splash Zone Waterpark with 4 water slides, 2 toddler slides, dumping bucket, water cannons & more. -Four separate swimming areas, including wading pools and adults only retreat (HEATED POOLS IN WINTER) - Pool water slide - Four spas, one in each pool complex - Two saunas - Playground - Gated children’s areas - Club Turtle Kids Club (for kids aged 4 – 12) (30$ p/ session p/ child). Bookings at resort reception - 15-hole putt-putt golf (Equipment hire available at reception) -Arcade games room with coin-operated video and table games - Floodlit tennis court (Equipment hire and booking available at reception) Pre booking required at reception. - Fitness room with modern equipment. - 22-seat cinema with 4 showtimes daily. Schedule and information available at reception - 8 BBQ entertainment areas - Woolworths supermarket is 80 meters from the Resort - The Deck Restaurant & Bar open daily for meals, wood-fire pizza, snacks and drinks without having to leave the resort - The resort car park has the capacity to accommodate 1 car per apartment. If you are traveling with more than one car, you'll have to park any extra car on the Gold Coast Highway. Please be considerate of others. Our 2 Bedroom apartment has a generous outdoor area and views over the resort’s lush tropical. Nothing will be missing from our fully equipped kitchen. Including a Nespresso Coffee Machine with a start up of coffee pods. The spacious open plan lounge and dining with Air-Conditioning that opens onto the large Outdoor Area offers a SMART TV, 6 seater table for all the family. The main bedroom has a King bed with award winning Sleeping Duck mattress and en-suite, Ceiling Fan and access to outdoor patio with more space to eat, relax and sunbake. The second bedroom is furnished with a king single bunk bed, bottom bed with another award winning sleeping duck mattress. We also have a Porta Cot and highchair for infants, Portable no blade fan for safety, kids Books and toys. The main bathroom has Shower over Bath and Laundry alcove with a washer/dryer. We provide linen and blankets and enough toiletries for the first few days. There is a woolworths just on the corner of the block for your convenience to restock with ease. Please note that the tram line on Gold Coast Highway is underway and we have no control over the council works that take place, we have had very little feedback about the noise works. Guest access You have access to the entire complex facilities and the entire apartment. (Keep in mind that some of the above mentioned activities require reservation and/or payment,) We are unable to take any responsibility for things out of our control, such as resort facilities closure or change of operating hour, due to maintenance, Government imposed restrictions or any other management related reasons. Other things to note Please keep in mind that our place is not an hotel or a serviced apartment. You will not have hotel staff at your disposal 24/7. You might have to solve small issues by yourself, or be patient for an issue to be solved. We take very good care of our place, renovated it to a standard above and beyond the majority of the rest of the resort and use it as our little holiday home and always try our best to maintain it for our guests. Most of the time issues are caused and not reported by other guests. We appreciate your honesty and cooperation in treating the place like it was your own. Our apartment is ONLY suitable for families with kids. Bookings of adults only or group of friends will not be accepted. If you have booked for adults only please consider cancelling your booking before the free cancellation period. We are unable to keep any of your belongings before check in or after check out , neither is the resort. Please consider arranging your flight/transport according to our check in/check out hours, or look for private drop off luggage in the area. We provide a start pack of amenities for all our Guests ( 1/2 days supplies), once they are used it is up to the Guests providing for whatever extra they might need. Porta Cot linen is not provided, please bring your own. STRICTLY no fake tans or hair dyes as they permanently mark linens. We have only one allocated car space available for our guests to use in the residential car park. If you are travelling with more than one car can be parked on the Gold Coast Highway. (There is free street parking for several metres before the Resort Entrance). Please note, any cars parked in the other residents' spots will be towed away at your own expense. ( Car park height clearance is 2 metres) There are large skip bins in the carpark, one right next to the apartment's car spot for you to dispose of waste.
