Welcome to paradise at villa La Entrada! This villa is located in Nagua, Maria Trinidad Sanchez, La entrada. Our newly build, no neighbors villa offers a very quietly peaceful environment that’s perfect for your family/friends getaway. The space On the second floor there are Two Master bedrooms with private balcony’s & bathroom, three bedrooms with bunk beds with very comfortable beds, air conditioning in all of the rooms & quality bed and bath lines. A living room that’s prepared with sitting area & 50” Smart TV & WIFI. Also a kitchen with microwave, toaster, full size fridge, freezer & all the accessories for a good gourmet, kitchen integrated into living room that has a 75” smart TV, Ceiling fans in all areas & a couch with seating space for every family/friend. We also have an outside sitting area that connects to our outside kitchen that allows our quest to connect while having a great time barbecuing & enjoy our pool that goes from 3ft to 6ft deep with two reclining chaise. Our villa has an open space concept with the living room and backyard that combines into a great space for entertainment. THE HOUSE IS STILL NEW AND DOESNT HAVE CLOSETS BUILD YET! Guest access Villa La Entrada is great place to stay & be near everything you’ll want to visit during your stay. Near main road, driving you’ll be (3mins) away from Laguna Dudu, (3mins) from Playa Arroyo Salado, (10-15mins) from Blue Lake, (25-30) Río San Juan, (19mins) from el Saltadero, (10mins) from CABRERA, where you’ll find restaurants, supermarkets, ATV activities, shopping center & more. Other things to note - Villa La entrada has a main parking under roof for 1 car & space for 5 cars on the other side, all are secured with closed gate. - SMOKE FREE HOME, you’re welcome to smoke outside. -NO ANIMALS ALLOWED.
