Whitstable is famous for its oysters which are celebrated every July at the Oyster Festival, and the town is a haven for keen foodies, with several local pubs and restaurants just moments from the cottage. The space For a spot of culture head to nearby Canterbury, which is home to the country’s oldest Cathedral. Visit the ancient ruins of St Augustine's Abbey and St Martin's Church which form Canterbury's UNESCO World Heritage site. Enter into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which is a light and welcoming space. Enjoy relaxing in the lounge and watch your favourite film on the Smart TV, after a busy day exploring, whilst the dining area seats everyone for those all-important romantic meals.
