The lower level has a laundry room and a large bathroom with a shower. There is a fenced-in backyard that is shared with the other unit. For this reason, we ask that you never leave your pets unattended in the backyard and clean up after they do their business. Please reach out with questions about this space. There is a gas grill and a charcoal grill in the backyard. These were left by previous guests, and we do not maintain them.
