Located in the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Park, at the foot of Puy Mary, this character house is organized around its magnificent fireplace. Semi-detached on both sides, this warm house welcomes you in a quiet and relaxing environment. Lots to do: - GR400 - Salin/Biaguin Waterfalls - Salers/Tournemire: most beautiful villages in France - Fishing/canyoning in the Mars - Au Falgoux: summer tree climbing park. The space Two-story house: Ground floor: Consists of a main room measuring 25 m², open-plan and very well-equipped kitchen (except for a dishwasher): oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker/kettle/Senseo machine, gas stove, appliances: raclette, fondue, waffle iron, etc. TV. Clic-clac bench. 2nd floor: a 15 m² bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed and 1 bunk bed (2 x 90 x 190 cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed and a 90 x 190 cm child's bed. BB kit on site. Linens and beds not provided, except disposable mattress pads for beds and pillow covers. Check-in/check-out using a key box. No extra charge for pets.
