The space This lovely home offers a spacious living area surrounded by windows that bring in natural light. It is easily accessible to parks, shopping centers, and dining options. The space LOCATION: This is an entire & private single-family house in Vacaville, located close to major places. - Downtown Vacaville is approximately 5-minute drive - Vacaville Premium Outlets is approximately 10-minute drive - Six Flags is approximately 25-minute drive - UC Davis is approximately 30-minute drive - Napa is approximately 30-minute drive - Sacramento is approximately45- minute drive - San Francisco is approximately 60-minute drive BACKYARD: Swimming pool, deck with patio furniture and BBQ, additional covered area with table and 6 chairs. LIVING & DINING: The living area has an oversized couch and chair. It also has a Smart TV connected to Wi-Fi, where you can access your favorite streaming service. Behind the couch, there is a long table that can be used as a workspace. The dining table has 6 chairs. KITCHEN: A fully stocked kitchen with Refrigerator, Microwave, Dishwasher, Stove, Oven, Air Fryer, Rice Pot, Coffee Maker, Mixer/Blender, Dishes, Glassware, and Silverware. BEDS & BATHS: There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a Cal-King-sized bed, ceiling fan, closet/dresser space, Smart TV, and dedicated workspace. This room has a private bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combo. The other two bedrooms have a full-sized bed, closet/dresser space, ceiling fan, Smart TV, and dedicated workspace. These two rooms share a bathroom, which has a tub/shower combo. HVAC: Central AC & heating are available. WHOLE-HOUSE FAN: Wonderful during summer evenings to cool the house. PARKING: There are 2 parking spots on the driveway or in the garage. Also ample street parking. LAUNDRY: Free Washer & Dryer available in the garage. -For stays over 30 days a background/credit check is required, application, and lease agreement. -The home has an exterior Ring security camera that faces the front door entrance to ensure safety. It also has other exterior cameras. - No parties, drugs are allowed, $200 fine for violating ANY of our House Rules. Guest access Guests can access the whole house and fenced backyard. Other things to note No parties/drugs/smoking allowed. Once the booking request is accepted, a copy of a valid government-issued ID must be sent. The reservation will be canceled if the guest cannot provide proper identification. All adult guest's full names must be provided. No outside, unregistered guests allowed. Pest control services come once per month to spray the exterior of the house. The pool is outdoors, is serviced once per week, and the pool sweep runs daily. There is a skimmer available if the guest needs to skim any debris that may blow into the pool. There is not a service to come clean the pool other than the weekly scheduled cleaning, and due to the weather, sometimes debris may blow into the pool. Please consider this when booking. The hot tub is out of service. Yard Maintenance comes once every other week. Trash is picked up once per week. If the guest is staying and it falls on a Sunday afternoon, the 3 trash cans (green, gray, and blue) must be put out in the street, against the curb. If the guest is there on a Monday afternoon, the cans must be brought up from the street and put behind the fence in the backyard. ANY violation of House Rules will result in an additional $200 and cancellation of the reservation.
