Guest access Our condo comes with parking for a large vehicle and we can offer additional parking at our cost, which may include a garage. It's unusual in Mission Beach to have parking included, let alone for it to be for large vehicles, or for extra designated off-street parking to be available. We strive to provide the best experience possible. This condo is also a very short walking distance to Belmont Park and the cluster of restaurants, shops, bike and water sports rental businesses. At the same time, it is just far enough separated that you can have peace and quiet in your ocean front sanctuary while being close to everything. Other things to note Wheelchair accessible for chairs that are smaller than about 28 inches wide. The condo has a window AC unit which is in the master bedroom and can cool much of the condo, but is not rated to cool all of it. Even so, it is rarely needed as the condo is ocean front.
